We would like to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their spa experience. We therefore request the following:


  • Cell Phones must be placed on silent or vibrate
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior.
  • If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours in advance.
  • If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be cut short or rescheduled.


Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your co-operation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum 24 hrs. notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Because we block out time from our schedule for your reservation, full payment is required for the following conditions:


  • Less than 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Less than 48 hour notification to cancel or reschedule a series of services or package of more than 3 hours.
  • No-show or missed appointments.


Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments unless our schedule permits.
