The product line Camillen 60 Foot & Body Care by the company Raue, which is so successful today, originated from daily practical work; in fact, it can be said that it had its beginnings directly in the work of a chiropodist's practice. The first product was to be called Camilloped Foot Balsam. Another company, however, already owned the rights to this name. So in 1960 it was decided on the name Camillen Foot Balsam 60 and on the effective company logo. The foot on the camomile blossom is still the sign by which the product line is recognised.
